How we treat one another at the Tinne Holly Larenas Foundation Inc.® — grounded in our values: Honesty, Competence, Diversity, Community, and Leadership.

Everyone who volunteers, works with, or is served by the Tinne Holly Larenas Foundation Inc.® deserves to feel welcome, respected, and safe. This Code of Conduct applies to all volunteers and activities.
We commit to
- Respect. Treat every person with dignity, regardless of background, identity, or circumstance.
- Honesty. Act with integrity and transparency in all we do.
- Inclusion. Welcome everyone. Full inclusion, with equality and dignity for all.
- Safety. Follow all safety guidance and look out for one another.
- Accountability. Own our actions and support each other in doing better.
We do not tolerate
- Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind.
- Threatening, violent, or intimidating behavior.
- Dishonesty, theft, or misuse of foundation resources.
- Any conduct that endangers the wellbeing of volunteers or the community.
Reporting concerns
If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code, please tell a coordinator or email alisson.hollyvolunteers@outlook.com. All reports are taken seriously and handled with discretion.
Consequences
Volunteers who breach this Code may be asked to step back from an activity or end their involvement with the foundation, depending on the circumstances.
Together, we can do anything — and it starts with how we treat each other. Thank you for helping keep our community kind, safe, and welcoming.
